MCG has integrated the myFRM and myFRM Tracker solutions into Official Community’s – The Cranberries website.  MCG will engage fans of The Cranberries by ensuring every fan that sends an email will get a personalized and customized response.  MCG is also working to assist OC with selling tickets (VIP/Fan Club) to events.

The Cranberries are an Irish rock band formed in Limerick in 1990, and are widely associated with alternative rock.  The group was one of the most successful rock acts of the '90s and sold over 14.5 million albums in the United States alone. They have also achieved four top 20 albums on the Billboard 200 chart and eight top 20 singles.  The band is composed of four musicians; Dolores Mary O'Riordan Burton,
